We would like to represent you the latest and the most revealing spy shots of the the new 2011 Mercedes SLK. This time the car droppes most of its camouflage and shows us a lot of new details. The car size looks like to be the same or at least very similar to the current version, but we hope Mercedes has worked hard to make it lighter. Mirrors have moved down on the door blade and the folding roof will feature a big part in glass, if it will be standard or an option is not clear yet.The grille is very much like the SLS, and we can also see the LED-indicators at the bottom of the headlight. The ugly antenna has moved from the rear fender to the trunk.
We can expect a new range of engines and this time we will probably find a diesel engine under the hood for the first time in the SLK history.
So, when will we see the SLK in all its glory? It could be at the Mercedes stand at the Paris Auto Show in September, but it feels more likely that Mercedes will unveil it at next year’s Geneva car Show.
